
Overview
With the rapid growth of their overseas markets, Midea focus on developing international markets, and increases substantially the number of outlets to sell their own brands. Thus Midea needs to have a visual guide for the oversea retail systems to deliver to the foreign customers an integrated brand image.
Challenge
Bamboo was asked to develop and establish a visual identity system for Midea’s oversea retail outlets and offices. This system should be able to help Midea to establish an unified brand image in oversea markets while also be flexible enough to meet different countries’ need.
Solution
While strictly complying with Midea’s corporate VI standards, Bamboo utilized a simple, clear, practical style in the design of the manuals. Easy execution was also taken into consideration so that people in different areas could all understand easily how to implement with minimal guidance.
